This Refund Policy governs all purchases made in connection with the Stacked mobile application (the "App"), operated by Neuvo WebTech LLP ("we", "our", or "us"). Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase.
All purchases made through Stacked, including Stacked Premium subscriptions, are non-refundable. We strongly encourage you to use the free version of the App before upgrading to Premium.
Stacked offers a free tier that allows you to evaluate all core features of the App before committing to a paid subscription. We believe this provides sufficient opportunity to assess whether the App meets your needs prior to any purchase.
All payments for Stacked Premium are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) on our behalf. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final.
All purchases made through Stacked are non-refundable.

Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are subject to the respective refund policies of those platforms. In certain circumstances, Apple or Google may issue a refund at their own discretion under their applicable policies — this is entirely at the discretion of Apple or Google and is outside our control.
We have no authority to grant or deny refunds on purchases made through these platforms. Any refund requests must be directed to the respective platform.
Stacked is available free of charge with a limit of 30 books and access to all core features including ISBN scanning, loan tracking, and due date notifications. We strongly encourage all users to use the free version thoroughly before purchasing a Premium subscription.
By purchasing Premium, you confirm that you have had the opportunity to evaluate the App through the free tier and are satisfied with its functionality.
You may cancel your Stacked Premium subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation prevents future automatic renewals but does not entitle you to a refund for the current or any previous subscription period.
You will continue to have access to all Premium features until the end of your current paid subscription period.
In exceptional circumstances — such as a significant, verified technical error on our part that directly prevented you from accessing the App for a material portion of your subscription period — we may, entirely at our discretion, offer a partial credit or other remedy. Such decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and do not establish a precedent or waiver of this policy.
