3.1 Local Storage
Your library data is stored primarily on your device using a local database. This data is accessible only to you and is not transmitted unless you enable cloud backup.
3.2 Cloud Storage
If you enable cloud backup (Premium feature), your data is encrypted in transit using TLS and stored securely using Google Firebase infrastructure. Firebase complies with industry-standard security certifications including SOC 1, SOC 2, and ISO 27001.
3.3 Security Measures
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Stacked is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. We retain your account and cloud backup data for as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, unless we are required to retain it by law. Crash reports and anonymised analytics data may be retained for up to 12 months.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by sending a notification within the App. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
