This Privacy Policy describes how Neuvo WebTech LLP ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Stacked mobile application (the "App"). By using Stacked, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1.1 Information You Provide

When you create an account or use the App, we may collect:

• Name and email address (for account creation)
• Profile photo (optional, if you choose to add one)
• Library data you enter — book titles, authors, shelves, reader information, loan records

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use the App, we automatically collect certain technical information including:

• Device type, operating system, and version
• App version and usage statistics
• Crash reports and error logs (via Firebase Crashlytics)
• Sign-in timestamps and account activity

1.3 Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect your location, contacts, browsing history, or any data unrelated to the operation of the App. Your library data stored locally on your device is not transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly enable cloud backup.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the App and its features
• Authenticate your identity and manage your account
• Process premium subscription purchases
• Sync your library data to the cloud when backup is enabled
• Send push notifications for loan due dates and reminders (only if enabled)
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues using crash reports
• Improve the App based on aggregate, anonymised usage patterns
• Respond to your support requests and communications

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

3. Data Storage & Security

3.1 Local Storage

Your library data is stored primarily on your device using a local database. This data is accessible only to you and is not transmitted unless you enable cloud backup.

3.2 Cloud Storage

If you enable cloud backup (Premium feature), your data is encrypted in transit using TLS and stored securely using Google Firebase infrastructure. Firebase complies with industry-standard security certifications including SOC 1, SOC 2, and ISO 27001.

3.3 Security Measures

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services, each of which has its own privacy policy:

• Firebase Authentication — Account management and sign-in (Google LLC)
• Firebase Crashlytics — Crash reporting and diagnostics (Google LLC)
• Google Cloud Firestore — Cloud data storage for Premium users (Google LLC)
• Google Sign-In / Apple Sign-In — Third-party authentication options
• Revenue Cat / In-App Purchase — Subscription management via App Store or Google Play

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these third-party providers. We are not responsible for the data practices of these services beyond our use of their APIs.

5. Children's Privacy

Stacked is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information. 6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data

• Portability: Request your library data in a portable format (available via the in-app export feature)
• Objection: Object to processing of your personal data in certain circumstances

You may delete your account at any time from within the App. Deletion will permanently remove your account and all associated cloud data.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account and cloud backup data for as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, unless we are required to retain it by law. Crash reports and anonymised analytics data may be retained for up to 12 months.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by sending a notification within the App. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
